Northern Commerce Acquires Digital Echidna

Two of North America’s leading digital agencies, Northern Commerce and Digital Echidna, have announced their intent to merge. Through the exploratory phase of their recent strategic partnership, the agencies mutually identified the advantages afforded by a merger after a review of their core values, processes, and service offerings. The intent to become one united agency links the partner organizations’ shared mission to create remarkable digital experiences that accelerate client growth.

Northern Commerce is an innovative digital agency specializing in eCommerce and omni-channel retail strategies. Digital Echidna is one of Canada’s leading digital experience design and enterprise content management agencies.

The two firms offer distinct capabilities and services which have delivered scalable growth and award-winning digital performance for some of North America’s most recognized organizations in retail, healthcare, and education such as Rexall, Andrew Peller, Napoleon Grills, United Nations, WSIB, and George Brown College. Together, they will leverage their strategic partnerships with Adobe, Salesforce, Acquia, Facebook, Google, and Shopify to further develop world-class digital experiences.

Both teams will be housed together at Northern’s modern 35,000+ square foot head office located in London, Ontario’s SoHo tech corridor.
