Eyemart Express Temporarily Suspending Retail Operations Through April 6

Eyemart Express, a leading national optical retailer and fastest provider of glasses in the industry, announced today the temporary suspension of operations at all 218 retail stores effective at close of business on Friday, March 20. The optical retailer plans to reopen on Monday, April 6.

“We are all in this together and we are doing our part to help stop the spread of coronavirus,” said Michael Bender, Eyemart Express CEO. “As always, our focus is on the health of our customers and associates. We look forward to serving our customers with the best value in eyewear and helping them see clearly when our doors open again.”

All Eyemart Express associates will continue to receive their base pay through April 4th and have access to all of the benefits offered by the optical retailer.

Eyemart Express will continue to monitor the situation and latest updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to make the best decisions to keep customers and associates safe. Updates will be posted at eyemartexpress.com/COVID.

In the meantime, existing customers can conveniently shop for glasses at eyemartexpress.com and enjoy the optical retailer’s robust selection of affordable frames.
